CHILDREN IN NEED. Update on our recent FaceBook post for our Cleverly Everly 60s Tribute Show with BBC Somerset’s Claire Carter at Huish Park Yeovil. Tune in to BBC Somerset:- FM: 95.5 MHz; MW: 1566 kHz; DAB: 10B Freeview channel 722 for the “Late Late Breakfast Show@ on Thursday 16th Nov. at 7.00pm until 10.00pm. Claire is walking 15 miles each day, a total of 75 miles starting at Wellington School. She will be walking in Wellington boots towing giant welly boots to raise funds for Children in Need and will arrive at Yeovil Town FC’s Huish Park. She will be performing a couple of songs with us on the night and broadcasting for a while before retiring for a well earned rest after a long tiring day. She has 6 days of this ending up at different venues at the end of each walk. Poor girl will be tired out by the weekend having completed 75 miles plus broadcasts every evening and the day job presenting BBC Somerset’s Breakfast Show. Please tune in and support Claire and all of us involved. The smallest donation can make all the difference to those young ones in need.

Taunton Deane – Wellington School to Somerset County Cricket Club in Taunton. Travelling past Bradford-on-Tone and through Rumwell.
Day 2: Tuesday 14 November
West Somerset – The Beach Hotel in Minehead to Doniford Bay Holiday Park. Visiting Dunster, Carhampton, Blue Anchor, Watchet and Williton.
Day 3: Wednesday 15 November
Mendip – Clarks Village in Street to The Bishop’s Palace in Wells. Travelling through Glastonbury and Coxley.
Day 4: Thursday 16 November
South Somerset – RNAS Yeovilton to Yeovil Town Football Club. Visiting Ilchester and Chilthorne Domer.
Day 5: Friday 17 November
Sedgemoor – Burnham-on-Sea Tourist Information Centre to Bridgwater and Albion Rugby Football Club. Travelling through Highbridge, West Huntspill and Pawlett.
